To fail somebody’s expectations is not easy to come to terms with. To chose to do so doesnt make the feeling any less uncomfortable.
I am still adjusting to the new atmosphere of the hospital wards. It is much more exciting than sitting in a lecture and getting talked at from 9 till 5. Each day brings many different educational and emotional experiences, some of which are more significant than others.

hey e3ashig ,, completely agree with u ,, i really miss this atmosphere and feel sick from the lectures .. its full of exciting and emotions ,, its the real world ,,, where u can see the real man very weak and cant stand the simplest pains .. u share the ppl their feelings , suffer, hopes and successful sometimes < <~~ remember one of the girls keep shouting and shouting forgeting her pain after a call ,, and when i asked her ,, she said ,, nejaaaaaaaaaaaa7t nejaaaaa7t .. el7abeebaa after abt 3 yrs ma3 elthanaweyaa el3amaa a'7eeran nej7aaat ,, she said i feel well no need for treatment and simply left us laughing :) ,,

humm,hospitals!!..
i hate them man!…everytime i go there i come out with a serious disease…
So i decided Not to go anymore even if i had a deadly pain.."am being stupid right?"

Actually,,,I can’t describe or let anybody imagines how pleased I am whenever I woke up,,starting my day with a quick think what is my plan for the day,,,,,is it in the clinic,,Or,,On call or Grand Round,,or follow-up Post Op with discharging my patients with a wide smile on their faces coz they r going back home ,,,Ohh,,I really enjoy it ,,,where this career runs in my blood,,and I would die just to surve our local patients here in Our Great Emirates,,,It is A Pleasure,,,like an artist while drowing ,,or writer with his/her story,,,etc,,,,
So Enjoy it and the days are not that far to come A ReAl Physician,,,Keep it Up,,and Good Luch "thumb UP"
