Minds are queer

Forests are queer places if you walk through one knowing that there arent any humans within miles. Only wilderness and trees, aligned in rows after rows holding an invisable roof above. Thick becomes the atmosphere when you hear mixtures of random birds sounds and other unguessable things echoing all around you and a pressing feel of lonliness and unprotectivness swells within. You look up and behind, and you look to the sides in between the trunks half expecting something to jump at you. And the universe shrinks. And you rush trying to get to the edge of the trees and in your confusion you lose sense of direction and know no longer which is the way and you think you wont make it out.

And then the trees end. And you see open sky streching above. And you realize that the forest was but a tinny island in the much bigger world that you are used to. And you smile at how silly your thoughts have been 5 minutes before.

A small idea in our minds can grow and culminate. Branches and buds come out of it and it less time than you would have thought is makes it?s own little forest inside of your skull. Once you start exploring it you get shivers and rushes of hot blood and you know no longer where you should advance. Until suddenly your attention is diverted and you are brought back to the world where you are used to live.
